This petition is filed by the sole accused under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C. praying to modify the condition imposed in the order dated 09.01.2026 passed in Crl. Misc. No. 11606/2025 directing to deposit cash security of Rs.50,000/-. 3. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned HCGP for respondent - State. 4. Petitioner has been granted bail by the Sessions Court by order dated 05.12.2020 passed in Crl. Misc. No. 7611/2020 in crime No. 290/2020 of R.R. Nagar Police Station with conditions. One of the conditions imposed is, to furnish surety for Rs.1,00,000/-. Petitioner has sought - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:9145 CRL.P No. 1191 of 2026 for modification of the said condition in Crl. Misc. No. 11606/2025. The Sessions Court by Order dated 09.01.2026 has modified the said condition and directed the petitioner to deposit cash security of Rs.50,000/-. Petitioner now is seeking modification of the said condition. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is a widow and she is not able to deposit Rs.50,000/- and she will deposit Rs.10,000/- as cash security. 5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a widow and it is difficult for her to deposit cash security of Rs.50,000/-, petitioner has made out case for modification of condition imposed in order dated 09.01.2026 passed in Crl. Misc. No. 11606/2025. 6. In the result, the following; O R D E R Petition is allowed. The condition imposed in the order dated 09.01.2026 passed in Crl. Misc.
