Civil Writ Petition No. 9254/2004, titled ‘Akshat Singh @ Jhamman Singh vs. Ravindra Kumar Sharma’, which was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 12.03.2026 for want of prosecution. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, due to unavoidable circumstances, he could not appear when the matter was called on the said date, resulting in dismissal of the writ petition. 3.
