HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY W.P.No.12168 of 2026 O R DE R: The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of Respondent Nos.3 and 4 and their sub-ordinate officials in seeking to evict the Petitioner from his house property bearing Dr.No.1-37 with Assessment No.37 consisting of Two Room RCC building situated in 59-Kothurupadu Village, Puligogulapadu Grama Panchayat, Addateegala Mandal, Polavaram District without following the procedure as arbitrary and illegal. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader passed on signed instructions of Tahsildar, Addateegala dated 29.04.2026, wherein it is stated that the Petitioner was never called to the Office of the Respondent in connection with the said property and no enquiry was conducted by the Office against the Petitioner and no coercive steps were taken at any point of time. It is stated that the dispute is between the Petitioner and his brother and that the same is purely a private dispute and Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are unnecessarily roped in. 2 3. By placing the instructions on record, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
