JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner filed this petition seeking the following reliefs: a) Issue a writ or direction in the nature of certiorari or any other writ by way of quashing the Annexure F1 vide No.anu5/ka pro sha da/ha ko,59/2022-23/ dated 10.08/2023 and Annexure G3 vide No.anu5/ka pro sha da/ha ko,59/2022-23/3265 dated 28.12.2023 and Annexure-N & N1 vide No.anu5/ka pro sha da/ha ko,59/2022-23/3654 dated 06.02.2024 and vide No. anu5/ka pro sha da/ha ko,40/2022-23/3667 dated 08.02.2024 issued by the respondent No.4. b) Direct the respondent No.1 to 5 to consider the representation dated 10.01.2024 produced at Annexure-H and direct issue recognition to the petitioner institution as per the Karnataka Education Act and allow the student to appear the SSLC exam as per Annexure-M. c) Pass grant such other relief/s as this Hon’ble Court may deems fit in the circumstances of the case including the cost of proceedings in the interest of justice and equity. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:10008 WP No. 6805 of 2024 2. The Society is not a party to the writ petition. Only petitioner Sri Mahalingaiah has moved this writ petition. The government has sanctioned High School to Kala Keerthi Education Society (R). The Society is not before the Court. Only the petitioner claiming to be the Secretary of the said Society has filed this writ petition. The said writ petition filed by the petitioner in his individual capacity is not maintainable. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. 4. A liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to challenge the impugned order by arraying the society as the petitioner. 5. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed off accordingly.
