Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a copy of order dated 02.07.2026 passed by the Deputy Director School Education (Ele.) Shimla, Distt. Shimla- 171004, H.P., which is taken on record.
A perusal of order reveals that the petitioners have been granted the benefit of higher stage of pay of Rs.37600/- from the date they have completed two years of regular service, subject to the final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No.4830 of 2023, titled, Inder Singh and any other legal remedies.
Since the mandate contained in the judgment has been complied with, the application for revival of Execution Petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is accordingly disposed of. However, it is made clear that arrears, if not released as per the mandate contained in the judgment passed by this Court within eight weeks from today, the applicants/petitioners shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the Execution Petition. It is
further made clear that the amount so released would be subject to the final outcome of the decision in the LPA filed by the respondents-State.
The application is accordingly disposed of.
