Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and learned counsel for the respondent No.3 and perused the material on record. For the order proposed, notice to respondent Nos.4 to 8 is dispensed with. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that their representations dated 23.12.2025, 29.12.2025, 29.12.2025, 29.12.2025, 29.12.2025, 29.12.2025, 29.12.2025 and 29.12.2025 at Annexures-V, V1, W, W1, X, X1, Y and Y1 respectively submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioners are before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioners and consider their representations dated 23.12.2025, 29.12.2025, 29.12.2025, - 7 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:16523 WP No. 9358 of 2026 29.12.2025, 29.12.2025, 29.12.2025, 29.12.2025 and 29.12.2025 at Annexures-V, V1, W, W1, X, X1, Y and Y1 respectively and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision bearing in mind and taking into account the judgment passed in W.P.No.101474/2025 dated 02.12.2025 (Dharwad Bench) and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
