The present appeal is directed against the order dated 11.07.2026 passed by the learned DJ-04, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi, in Civ DJ No. 492/2026. 2. The appellant claims to have filed the underlying suit seeking declaration of adverse possession. Vide the impugned order, the application seeking to restrain the respondent from dispossessing the appellant was dismissed. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent, while maintaining the objections on the merits of the suit, submits that due process is being followed by the respondent for obtaining possession. 4. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed. Accordingly, the present appeal is disposed of along with the pending applications.
