Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present petition is filed with the following prayer:- "A. To direct the Judicial Magistrate-II,Ballia to decide the application dated 14/08/2019 filed on behalf of petition U/S 138 N.I.Act in case no-796/2019(Rajkumar prasad v/s Girijesh Kumar Chauhan)U/S 138 N.I.Act, P.S.-Dubhar, District-Ballia expeditiously within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings before the court concerned be directed to be concluded in a time bound manner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the complainant before the court concerned. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate-II, Ballia to decide the application dated 14.8.2019 filed by the petitioner under Section 138 of N.I. Act in Case No. 796 of 2019 (Rajkumar Prasad Vs. Girijesh Kumar Chauhan) under Section 138 of N.I. Act, Police Station Dubhar, District Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Dinesh Pratap Singh, Km Omprabha, Manju Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Raj Kumar Prasad .....Petitioner(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Respondent(s) Ballia, within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. (Vikram D.
