Order This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by her, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner had submitted her online application dated 12.06.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2. Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice on behalf of the third respondent. Since no adverse order is being passed against respondents 4 and 5, notice to respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with. 4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s online application. 5.No prejudice will be caused to the first respondent if the said authority is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner’s property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from respondents 4 and 5 as well as any other party whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire. Accordingly, this writ petition is

WP No. 9383 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 5 (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to respondents 4 and 5 and also to any other party, whom the first respondent deems it fit to put on notice. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the second respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (c) If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by the first respondent, the third respondent shall render police assistance for the effective implementation of this
