This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court concerned for early disposal of Complaint Case No. 1086 of 2024 (Sarita Vs. Dharmendra), under Sections- 128 Cr.P.C., Police Station- Kerakat, District- Jaunpur, pending before the Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the said application U/s 128 Cr.P.C. is pending since 13.06.2024 and therefore, a substantial period of time has already lapsed. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case/application in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
