These are writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- “W.P.(C) 7944/2026 a. Issue Writ of mandamus directing Respondent to provide the Petitioner “NEET UG 2020 score Card” in all possible mode. W.P.(C) 7966/2026 a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing Respondent No. 1/National Testing Agency (NTA) to retrieve, verify and authenticate the respective NEET-UG 2021, 2022 and 2023 qualification records of the Petitioners, whose particulars including Application IDs and Roll Numbers are specifically mentioned in the Memo of Parties annexed with the present Writ Petition, from its official database and to issue certified verification/record thereof; b) Direct the Respondents to accept such verified/certified NEET-UG records, or in the alternative the final order passed by this Hon’ble Court, as valid proof of NEET qualification in lieu of the physical NEET-UG scorecards for all purposes including eligibility, registration and appearance in the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE)/Screening Test December 2026 and subsequent sessions; c) Direct Respondent No. 2/National Medical Commission (NMC) and Respondent No. 3/National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) to permit the Petitioners to This is a digitally signed order. Union of India & Ors., by directing the Respondents to treat NEET-UG particulars verified from the NTA’s official database as conclusive proof of eligibility for FMGE purposes; W.P.(C) 8622/2026 a) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing Respondent No. 1/National Testing Agency (NTA) to retrieve, verify and authenticate the Petitioner's NEET-UG 2022 qualification records bearing Application No. 220410523733 and Roll No. 2502080610 from its official database and to issue a certified verification/certificate containing the Petitioner's NEETUG This is a digitally signed order. National Testing Agency & Ors.”, by directing the Respondents to treat the Petitioner's NEET-UG particulars verified from the official database of Respondent No. 1 as conclusive proof of his NEET qualification for all purposes relating to the FMGE and consequential registration. ...” 2. The brief facts of the case are that the petitioners are medical degree holder from foreign Universities and want to appear for Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (“FMGE”), conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (“NBEMS”). However, the Information Bulletin issued by NBEMS for FMGE, requires mandatory submission of NEET UG Scorecard and the petitioners are unable to find or retrieve their NEET-UG Scorecards. 3. The learned counsels for the petitioners states that the respondent No. 1, namely National Testing Agency (“NTA”) has furnished particulars of the petitioners as available in their database, and the same can be perused by this Court to issue directions to treat this order as NEET UG Scorecards. 4.
