JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks for the following reliefs:- “i. Issue a writ of mandamus, directing the Respondents to consider the representations made by the petitioner dated 31.03.2026 and 27.03.2026 vide Annexure – D & E, and to regularize the services of the petitioner has been done in the case of Uma Devi & others from the date of completion of 10 years of service or at least from the date they completed 10 years of service as revised from time to time and to pay him the arrears of salary, increment and other service benefits on par with regular employees; ii. Pass any other order as this Hon’ble Court deems fit, in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representations dated 31.03.2026 and 27.03.2026 at Annexures – D and E respectively submitted to the respondents has not been - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19541 WP No. 11126 of 2026 considered so far by respondents nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representations dated 31.03.2026 and 27.03.2026 at Annexures – D and E respectively and pass appropriate order bearing in mind the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Apex Court in Jaggo Vs. Union of India – 2024 SCC Online SC 3826 and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
