The petitioners in this writ petition are strangers to OA 1032/2021 and OA 1878/2026, pending before the Central Administrative Tribunal1, in which the Tribunal has, by order dated 30 June 2026, passed an ad interim order restraining holding of a DPC till 29 July 2026, which is two days from today. The Tribunal has retained the matter as part heard for the said date. 2.
