Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS by the petitioner seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Patnagarh P.S. Case No.415 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1656 of 2025 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Patnagarh on the grounds stated. 3. Considering the nature of allegations revealed from the FIR at Annexure-1 and the fact that the petitioner is alleged of carrying labourers with him at the relevant point of time and hence, alleged to have committed an offence under Section 25 of the Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1979 with allied offences and recording the objection of the State, this Court though not inclined to grant of pre-arrest bail, however, directs him to surrender before the court concerned within a fortnight p. 2 in connection with Patnagarh P.S. Case No.415 dated 31st December, 2025 for being released on bail subject to conditions imposed by the court concerned as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. It is further directed that the above order shall not be given effect, if the petitioner is having similar antecedent as claimed to having none so informed to the Court. 4.
