Petitioner had filed a complaint under Section 12 of the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005, seeking maintenance from her husband and others. Such petition was filed in the year 2020 and the limited request is to request the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the abovesaid complaint. 2. It is informed that the learned Trial Court has already awarded interim maintenance in favour of the petitioner and as per such interim order, her husband, a serving Indian Army Personnel, is required to pay monthly maintenance @ Rs. 20,929/-. 3. Various order-sheets have been placed on record and, on the strength of the abovesaid order-sheets, it is contended that the respondent is not diligently This is a digitally signed order.
