2. Smt.Anusha Nandish, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has voluntarily surrendered his properties under the Voluntary Surrender Scheme. He has submitted representations for allotment of the site measuring 13,835 sq.ft. The representations not having met its
consideration, has preferred this petition before this Court.
3. Sri Shivaprasad Shantanagoudar, learned counsel for the respondents – BDA submits that if reasonable time is granted, the representations of the petitioner would be considered and necessary orders would be passed in accordance with law.
4. In the light of the aforesaid submission, we deem it appropriate to pass the following:
ORDER a. The writ petition is allowed. b. The respondents – Bangalore Development Authority to consider the representations dated 18.03.2025 and

28.07.2025 submitted by the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. c. The respondents – Bangalore Development Authority shall also communicate the order that would be passed on the representation, to the petitioner. d. Till the consideration of the representation happens, the parties are directed to maintain status quo, qua the properties of the petitioner. Ordered accordingly.
