No. 96 of 2024 arising out of Madhupur P.S. Case No. 243 of 2023 for the offence registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Madhupur, is pressed into motion. Earlier bail application of this petitioner was rejected thrice by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court and the present bail application is renewed on the ground that in the last order dated 22.08.2025, a direction was given to expedite the trial. A report was earlier called for in this case from the learned trial Court which has been received on 03.01.2025 in which two months’ extension has been sought. Considering the stage of trial, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected. (Gautam Kumar Choudhary, J.)
