First bail application was dismissed as withdrawn on 08/06/2023 vide MCRC No.4048/2023 and the second bail application was dismissed on merits on 07/07/2025 vide MCRC No.1720/2025. 3. Learned State counsel has submitted that by order dated 13/02/2026 the applicants were granted ad-interim bail for a period of three months from the date of their release from jail and the Director General of Police, Chhattisgarh was directed to ensure the presence of all prosecution witnesses before the learned trial Court. 4. Deputy Inspector General of Police, AAV, Police Headquarters, Atal Nagar, Raipur by letter dated 23/03/2026 with reference to a communication dated 20/03/2026 made by the Superintendent of Police, District Mahasamund has informed that statement of all the prosecution witnesses have already been recorded and the prosecution evidence has been closed. 5. In view of the fact that the trial is at the verge of its completion and the applicants have already been allowed ad-interim bail vide order dated 13/02/2026 for a period of three months from the date of their release and the applicants are still on ad-interim bail, hence the applicants shall surrender before the expiry of three months or till the date of pronouncement of the judgment by the 3 trial court whichever is earlier. 6. With the aforesaid observation, the third bail application of applicants Karan Singh & Kunwar Singh involved in Crime No.79/2021 (wrongly mentioned 79/2022) registered at Police Station Singhoda, District-Mahasamund (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20(b) of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, is disposed of. 7.
