... For the State.
Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for about 2 years and only three witnesses have been examined out of 19 witnesses cited in the charge-sheet. Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail. I have taken into account the facts of the case which relate to a fake racket operating for providing job at AIIMS and as Shiksha Bandhu for teaching purposes. Four accused persons are in custody and trial of the case is in progress. Only three witnesses have been examined; two more victims are left to be examined. At this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
2 Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The application for bail, being CRM (M) 102 of 2026, is, thus, dismissed. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
