Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 24.11.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 6570 of 2025 the petitioner was provided privilege of anticipatory bail, however, the petitioner has not been able to surrender before the learned Court within the stipulated period due to non-communication of the order by the counsel. On this ground, he submits that two weeks’ further time may kindly be extended. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the anticipatory bail was already provided to the petitioner in spite of that the petitioner has not surrendered before the learned Court. 4. Considering that the anticipatory bail was already provided to the petitioner, however, the petitioner has not been able to surrender before the learned Court due to the reason pointed out by 2026:JHHC:2124 --2-- Cr.M.P. No. 36 of 2026 the learned counsel for the petitioner, as such further two weeks’ time from today is extended to surrender before the learned Court. 5.
