This application has been filed under Section 24 of the CPC whereby the petitioner Smti Rinku Dey has prayed for transferring the FC (Civil) Case No. 519/2026 from the Court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Kamrup (M), Guwahati to the Court of the learned District Judge, Hojai at Sankardev Nagar, Hojai. Mrs. J Begum has submitted that she has no objection if the case is transferred to Hojai. After hearing the learned counsel for both sides, the prayer of the petitioner is allowed. Accordingly, the FC (Civil) Case No. 519/2026 pending in the Court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Kamrup (M), Guwahati is directed to be transferred to the Court of the learned District Judge, Hojai at Sankardev Nagar, Hojai.
