Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that he has withdrawn his appeal as preferred before the learned Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as 'RCSAT'). In light of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed that the present writ petition be decided in light of the ratio passed in SBCWP No.14009/2026 titled as Dr. Mahesh Meena Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. 3. In view of the submissions made, the present writ petition is disposed of in the light of Dr. Mahesh Meena (supra); it is made clear that the order passed therein shall be fully applicable on mutatis mutandis basis on the present writ petition. 4.
