Memo reads as under: “The Petitioner Submits that she is agreed to pay the amount of Rs.2,75,000/- towards the cheque amount by deducting the amount of Rs.1,59,000/- already in deposit within 3 months time and the same has agreed by the respondent also.. The petitioner shall pay the remaining amount of Rs.1,16,000/- on the following dates. a) An amount of Rs.40,000/- on 16.05.2026 b) An amount of Rs.40,000 on 16.06.2026 c) An amount of Rs.36,000/- on 16.07.2026 to the respondent Pray for consider this memo, in the internet of justice and equity.” 2. After payment of the entire compensation amount, a sum of Rs.5,000/- ordered by the Trial Magistrate confirmed by the First Appellate Court towards defraying expenses of the State stand set-aside.
