learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D. Senapati, learned counsel for respondent No. 3, Mr. K. Kalita, learned counsel for respondent No. 2 and Mr. K. Bhattacharyya, learned counsel for respondent No. 3. The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to developments after filing of the writ petition, the writ petitioner presently is not interested in pursuing the present writ petition and the writ petition may be closed. The learned counsel for the respondents do not object to the same. Accordingly, the present writ petition is closed without adjudicating any of the issues raised in the writ petition and the same shall remain open for adjudication in appropriate proceedings.
