Barbhuiya, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the order passed by the Disciplinary Authority is under challenge, the grounds for the same has not been incorporated in the writ petition. Accordingly, he prays that he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to re-file the same. The prayer is not objected to by Mr. P.N. Sarma, learned counsel for the respondent.
