This criminal revision has been filed by the applicant seeking following relief: “It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this revision and grant maintenance to the applicant No.1 in terms of the prayer made in the original application and further be pleased to enhance the maintenance amount of applicant No.2 in terms of original application for the end of justice” 3. It appears that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter, due to efflux of time. 4. Accordingly, the criminal revision is dismissed on this ground alone.
