The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Narayanpur P.S Case No-105/2025, registered under section-376,420 and r/w-34 of I.P.C, pending in the court of Learned A.C.J.M, Jamtara. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are the family members of Shakeem Ansari and the allegation of establishing of relationship on the pretext of marriage is there against the said Shakeem Ansari as well as of selling of the house of the informant on his inducement. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of inducing the informant for selling the house of the informant which was built by her parents. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that the allegation of selling of the house of the informant and establishing of 2026:JHHC:1938 2 relationship are there against Shakeem Ansari and the petitioners are said to be the family members of said Shakeem Ansari, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners above named are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of their surrender / arrest, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Jamtara, in connection with Narayanpur P.S Case No-105/2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 7.
