JUSTICE SACHIN SHANKAR MAGADUM ORAL ORDER The captioned writ petition is filed calling in question the endorsement dated 20.03.2025 bearing Annexure–“A”, whereby the petitioner–Association was restrained from conducting and celebrating Sri Rama Navami and Hanuma Jayanthi scheduled on 12.04.2025. 2. It is not in dispute that this Court, by way of an interim order dated 08.04.2025, permitted the petitioner– Association to proceed with the aforesaid celebrations on 12.04.2025. In view of the said interim protection, the petitioner has already conducted the celebrations as scheduled. Therefore, the grievance projected in the present petition does - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:17076 WP No. 10445 of 2025 not survive for further consideration and the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.
