By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “i) That Annexure P-2 may be set aside/quashed and the respondents may be ordered to allow the petitioner to continue in service upto the age of 60 years with all benefits such as arrears of salary and other benefits upt the age of 60 years.” 3. In light of the fact that the issue raised by the petitioner in this petition is pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, as agreed, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the parties shall abide by the final judgment passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Satya Devi’s case.
