The limited grievance of the petitioner herein is that in terms of Annexure P-1, an amount of Rs.4.23,746/- has been identified as arrears of increments payable to the petitioner by Regional Manager HRTC Rampur, yet, till date, the said amount has not been released in favour of the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner has approached this Court with the prayer that the amount be released in favour of the petitioner forthwith. 3. In light of the prayer made in the writ petition, this petition is disposed of with the direction that if the petitioner is legally entitled to the said amount as stands determined by way of Annexure P-1, then, the same be positively be released in his favour on or before 31.09.2026. In case, the amount is paid either in installments or in lump sum on or before the said date, then, no interest shall be payable by the Corporation, but, in case, the Corporation fails to do the needful by 30.09.2026, then, the said amount shall also entail simple interest @6% per annum as from the date of this judgment. 4.
