Sushil Kukreja, Judge(Oral): Compliance affidavit has been filed, wherein, it has been stated that pursuant to the directions contained in the order dated 04.07.2025, the representation of the petitioners was duly considered and decided by the competent authority vide Office Order No.1744, dated 15.11.2025 (Annexure R-1) whereby, the benefit of a higher pay stage has been granted to the petitioners from the date of completion of two years of regular service. Consequent thereto, the pay of the petitioners has been re-fixed vide Office Order No.2208, dated 05.12.2025. It has been further stated that insofar as the payment of arrear is concerned, the respondent-department has already initiated 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgement? 2 ( 2026:HHC:26014 ) the requisite process in accordance with the instructions issued by the Finance Department vide letter dated 17.05.2025 (Annexure R-2) for release of the arrears in favour of the petitioners. 2. Therefore, in view of the above, as the judgment under reference has been duly complied with, no further order is required to be passed in the present contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed and disposed of.
