learned counsel on record for petitioner is present.
2. On 25.06.2024, petitioner was directed to produce his salary slips or bank statements from 01.04.2023 till the date of order i.e., 25.06.2024. However, till 13.01.2026 i.e., for more than one and a half years, those documents were not produced. On 13.01.2026, learned counsel for the petitioner simply sought time. Therefore, on 13.01.2026 following order was passed:
"Ms. Bhavana representing Smt. Sruti C. Chaganti, learned counsel on record for the petitioner is present.

directed the petitioner to produce his salary slips or bank statements from 01.04.2023 till the date of order. However, the petitioner did not choose to produce the said documents till now. No ground is afforded as to why they were not produced till now.
Learned counsel who represents the petitioner simply seeks time. To give fair opportunity, time for a week is granted to comply the order dated 25.06.2024. In case the order is not complied within the time granted, the petitioner will be at liability to pay costs of Rs.10,000/- to the respondent. List on 03.02.2026".
3. Neither costs were paid nor the documents are produced till now. No grounds are afforded for non- production of the documents and for non-payment of costs. That apart, even on this day petitioner is not ready to make submission on the merits of the matter. Hence,
