Roshid, learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the revision petition, with liberty to file afresh, inasmuch as, the learned Family Court has stated in Para 30 of the impugned Page No.# 2/2 order dated 01.07.2026 passed in F.C. (Crl.) Case No.755/2022 that the petitioner was earning Rs.18,000/- per month, though the petitioner was earning only Rs.1,800/- per month. The prayer of the petitioner’s counsel is allowed.
