It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already moved a formal application/representation seeking No Objection Certificate for transfer of leasehold rights before the respondents, but the same has not been considered since 06.05.2026. Having regard to the nature of controversy involved and the relief prayed for, this petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to accord consideration to the representation of the petitioner, stated to have been filed on 06.05.2026 before the respondents, for grant of No Objection Certificate for transfer of leasehold rights of the plot, within a period of 08 weeks’, from the date a copy of this order is served upon the respondents. It is made clear that the representation of the petitioner shall be considered strictly as per rules and regulations and by passing a reasoned order. Disposed of.
