Ramakoteswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) as the present Writ Petition is not maintainable and also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. Permission for withdrawal is accorded. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to file Public Interest Litigation (PIL). No costs.
