The petitioners are apprehending his arrest in connection with Godda (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 14 of 2026. It has been alleged that the petitioner and another accused had used filthy language against the sisters of the informant. The informant was also struck with an iron rod. Though, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there has been delay of 13 days in lodging the First Information Report and no independent girls students have supported the occurrence which has been alleged against the petitioners, but regard being had to the facts that the informant as well as the victim who happened to be sisters of the informant have supported the allegations against the petitioners and the fact that the informant has sustained injuries though simple in nature, which corroborates the manner of assault attributed to the petitioners.
