Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: “10.1) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to grant the petitioner due seniority and consequential benefits, including increments, with effect from the year 2016, along with arrears; 10.5) Any other relief or relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court deems fit & proper may kindly be pleased to granted in favor of the petitioner;” 2 / 2 2. At the outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking a direction to respondent No. 4 - District Education Officer, to take decision on the pending representation dated 03.09.2024, at the earliest. 3. Counsel for State submits that he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioners 4. On due consideration of submission of counsel for the parties, without entering into merits of this case, the writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the respondent No. 4 to consider and take decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 03.09.2024, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5.
