Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ by commanding and directing the respondent authorities to BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Digitally signed by BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Date: 2026.02.07 16:42:04 +0530 2 release/reimburse the medical claim/bill of the petitioner submitted on 17.05.2024 (Annexure P-3). 10.2 That, the respondents department may kindly be directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 12.11.2025 (Annexure P-4) within stipulated time. 10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner together with cost of the petition.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that at this stage, petitioner is only seeking a direction to respondent No.4 to take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner against the claim of medical reimbursement at the earliest within specified time. 3. Learned State counsel submits that he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner. 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for parties and further considering that medical reimbursement claim of petitioner is pending since 2024, this petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to take decision on the claim of petitioner as pending in representation dated 12.11.2025 in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 5.
