Case No. 09(S) of 2025. The petitioner and others were suspected to be involved in cultivation of opium. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances one of the accused has been granted bail in B.A. No. 4504 of 2025. It has been submitted that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 22.11.2025. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa in connection with Karaikella P.S.
