Vide order dated 27.11.2025, a report was called for Page No.# 2/2 regarding the status of confiscation proceedings in respect of the seized vehicle/fertilizer. 3. Today a report has been submitted to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor by the ACP(HQ), East Police, District- Guwahati dated 09.01.2026, wherein it is stated that charge-sheet has already been submitted vide Basistha P.S, Charge-sheet No.501, dated 25.11.2025. 4. It is further stated in the said report that if the petitioner is able to produce valid and relevant documents in respect of the seized articles, the same may be allowed to be released on zimma subject to the satisfaction of the Court. 5. In view of the above, this criminal revision petition is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to submit appropriate application along with the relevant documents before the concerned court, which shall be duly considered by the learned court in accordance with law. 6.
