Heard Sri Aishwarya Pratap Shahi, learned counsel for the petitioner. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Additional District & Sessions Judge/Secial Judge, Anti-Corruption (V.B.U.P.S.F.B.), Meerut to decide SCC Suit No. 16 of 2024 (M/s Paridhi Auto Industry vs. M/s U.S. Industries), within a stipulated time period. The petitioner has described itself to be the landlord, plaintiff in the pending suit. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, the case has been adjourned and the delay in disposal of the case is causing undue hardship to the petitioner. Accordingly, a prayer is made for a direction to conclude the proceedings at an early date. In view of the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
