General: Mrs. Richa Sanchita, Advocate Ms. Malsi Pathak, Advocate --------- 02/Dated: 14.01.2026 M. S. Sonak, C.J.(Oral) I.A. No. 17171 of 2025 1. Heard Mr. Sahbaj Akhtar, A.C. to learned A.A.G.-III appearing for the petitioners. 2. By filing this interim application, the State seeks condonation of delay of 20 days in filing the application for restoration of L.P.A. (Filing) No.3137 of 2025. Neutral Citation No. 2026:JHHC:869-DB p. 2 3. We have perused the reasons set out in the interim application and we are satisfied that sufficient cause has been made out to condone the delay. Besides, the delay is also not inordinate. 4. Therefore, I.A. No. 17171 of 2025 is allowed and the delay of 20 days in filing the restoration application is condoned. C.M.P. No. 01 of 2026 5. Mr. Akhtar, A.C. to learned A.A.G.-III, assured this Court that if this application is allowed and the L.P.A. is restored to the file of this Court, the office objections in the L.P.A. will be cleared within two weeks without seeking any extension. 6. Upon cumulative consideration of all the above factors, we allow the C.M.P. and restore the L.P.A. to the file of this Court. 7. However, we add that if within two weeks the office objections are not cleared, then this L.P.A. will again be dismissed for non- prosecution, without further reference to this Court. 8. If the office objections are cleared within the above period, the Registry would place the L.P.A. under the appropriate heading, as soon as possible. 9. This C.M.P. is disposed of accordingly. (M. S.
