That, the petitioner has preferred this revision petition against impugned final order passed by trail and confirm by the appellate Court before this hon'ble court registered a case against this accused for the offence punishable under section 138 of NI Act, 1881. 2. In view of the petitioner herein intend to decide the settle dispute with respondent is ready and wiling to pay remaining fine amount Rs.2,75,000/- by way of cash before this Hon'ble Court. Hence this memo for consideration.
