The petitioner is an accused in connection with Raneshwar P.S. Case No.07/2025 (S.T. No.196/2025). Some unknown persons had committed the murder of the husband of the informant. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of co-accused Munna Ravidas. Learned counsel submits that even the Danda was recovered on the confession of Munna Ravidas. It has further been submitted that admittedly there are no eye-witnesses to the incident and the petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2025. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Dumka, in connection with Raneshwar P.S.
