Mr. S S Roy, learned counsel representing the respondent No.3 submits that the order dated 08.05.2024, passed in WP(C) No.1030/2024, has been complied with by appointing the petitioner in Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB). 2. This court under the aforesaid order dated 08.05.2024, directed the petitioner to accommodate in any Central Armed Police Forces (CAFPs)/National Investigating Agency (NIA)/Secretariat Security Force (SSF)/Rifleman (General Duty), Assam Rifles. 3. Mr. Roy has produced the appointment order of the petitioner dated 09.01.2025, which goes to show that the petitioner has been appointed as Constable, Sashastra Seema Bal. 4. In view of the aforesaid this court is of the opinion that the order has been complied with. A copy of the order dated 09.01.2025 is kept on record. 5.
