ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; a) Quash the endorsement issued by the 3rd respondent in No SL NO C(3) CR: 28/1987-88 dated 21/08/2015 produced as ANNEXEURE-D to the writ petition, and, b) Direct the 3rd respondent to allot the alternative site to the petitioner by considering the request made by the petitioner's father, and, c) And pass any other relief deems fit on the facts and circumstances case, in the interest of justice and equity.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo of retirement enclosing the copy of the notice issued to the GPA holder of the petitioner and a returned postal cover which indicates that the “GPA holder is dead”.

3. In that view of the matter, the memo of retirement is accepted. Sri.S.B.Halli and Sri.G.C.Shanmukha., are discharged from the matter. Since the notice issued by the counsel to the GPA holder is returned with the endorsement that the “GPA holder is dead”. The petition having been filed by the GPA Holder, there would be no purpose in issuing a Court notice. The petition is dismissed for non-prosecution
