JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioners seek the following reliefs: “i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or order directing the respondents to consider his request (Annexure-E-1 and F-1) to grant to retirement benefits like PF, gratuity, pension etc. and release the same to him; and ii) Grant such other or further orders as deems fit in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representations at Annexures – E1 and F1 dated 05.10.2020 and 05.11.2020 submitted to the respondents have not been considered so far by the respondents nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of present petition. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioners and consider his representations requesting for grant of retirement benefits like PF, gratuity, pension, etc., at Annexures – E1 and F1 dated 05.10.2020 and 05.11.2020 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
