By way of filing the instant petition, a prayer has been made to quash the impugned FIR No. 310/2020 registered with Police Station Gangapur City, District Sawai Madhopur for the offences under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor, on the basis of the factual report received from the Station House Officer, Police Station, Gangapur City submits that after investigation, the Police has submitted the final report (negative) by the treating the instant case to be civil in nature, before the Court of Additional [2026:RJ-JP:13840] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-4510/2020] Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gangapur City. Counsel submits that under the changed circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioners to continue with this petition and the same has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay application as well as all pending application(s), if any, also stand dismissed. 4.
