We have heard Mr. S Dutta, learned senior counsel for the applicants, assisted by Mr. S Dutta, learned counsel. Also heard Mr. N Dey, learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent. After going through the averments made in the application, we are satisfied that good grounds have been assigned by the applicants for condoning the delay of 66 days in preferring the connected appeal.
