JUSTICE M.I.ARUN ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed challenging the action initiated by the respondents against the petitioner on the allegation that petitioner has put up construction in violation of the building Bye-laws and the sanctioned plan. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some of the construction said to have been put up in violation of the sanction plan and building Bye-laws can be saved due to the amended regulations concerning the same. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents upon instructions, submits that if the petitioner were to make a suitable representation to respondent No. 4, the same would be considered in accordance with law. 3. For the aforementioned reasons, the following. ORDER [a] The writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:15316 WP No. 18776 of 2025 representation to respondent no. 4 for grant of modified sanction plan. [b] Respondent no. 4 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. [c] Any deviations pursuant to the said order shall be removed by the petitioner. [d] The impugned orders shall be kept in abeyance till any decision is taken by respondent no. 4 in this regard. [e] The representation shall be made by the petitioner within a period of two [2] weeks from today, failing which, the respondents are at liberty to initiate appropriate action in accordance with law.
